Code of Conduct
As an employee of Digica, I hereby swear to abide by the following code of conduct at all times. I understand that breaking this Code of Conduct is considered a major offence, and may have severe consequences.
Preface
Digica's Code of Conduct is a way that all staff members at Digica can come to a mutual understanding in how we are to conduct ourselves at work. It defines what everyone can expect of each other, and the ways in which we are to conduct business with our customers. We also commit to extending this Code of Conduct to our customers and partners alike, to always ensure mutual respect and integrity are upheld.
This policy is built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work lives at Digica, should be measured against the absolute highest possible standards of ethical business conduct.
At Digica, we have set the measurement bar that high for multiple reasons. We want to ensure that our staff look forward to coming to work, our customers enjoy working with our staff, and everyone understands the way in which we do business. It is in place for practical reasons: to uphold the highest standards possible, while empowering our employees to be the greatest at work that they can possibly be.
Who Must Follow Our Code?
We expect all of our employees and senior executives to live by the Code. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, and maybe even termination of employment. The Code is not only applicable to Digica staff. It is also addresses our contractors and partners to ensure that if (or when) they represent us, they too will abide by our Code. Trust and communal respect amongst employees, customers, contractors, and partners are the reasons why we all deal with each other. Putting it in writing only ensures that we all understand this Code of Conduct, and abide by it.

Did you know that...
Everyone at Digica has a formal education plan with quarterly achievements? All staff are required to exceed the education program that Digica invests heavily into annually, to enhance how we serve our customers.
In 2008 alone, Digica spent approximately 10% of our gross profit on continuing education for our staff.
"Always treat the customer justly and fairly, and they will almost always reciprocate"
